UNESCO Pacific Heritage Hub
Collabforge is assisting the United Nations Educational, Scientific, Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) to initiate a 'Pacific Heritage Hub' which will act as an interactive knowledge management facility with a view to enhancing information sharing, strengthening heritage management capacity, and facilitating sustainable funding and partnership building across the Pacific.
VPS Hub, Victorian Government Intranet
The VPS Hub is a comprehensive project to re-develop the Whole of Victorian Government Intranet, serving an audience of 42,000+ users. Collabforge was engaged to develop the technology platform & engagement strategy. The Hub provides for collaboration across the Victorian Public Service, enabling access to a full suite of social media tools including blogging, wikis, forums, an innovation toolbox, and ideas generation platform.
Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage & the Arts (DEWHA), Canberra
Collabforge developed an intranet platform and associated collaboration strategy enabling Federal, State and Local Governments to collaborate on content for LivingGreener, the primary web portal for Australians to learn, understand and act on environmental efficiency programs.
Future Melbourne
Collabforge worked with the City of Melbourne to map their existing city planning planning process, and then reengineered this for mass collaboration. CFA FireReady iPhone Application
Our recent work with the Department of Justice and Country Fire Authority (CFA) produced Australia's first official real-time location-aware fire incident and advice application for the iPhone.

Carbon Down

Vital, Valued, Victorians Social Media Campaign

IMAP (Inner Melbourne Action Plan)
IMAP is a collaboration across four inner Melbourne councils: the Cities of Melbourne, Port Phillip, Stonnington and Yarra. The aim being to strengthen the liveability, attraction and prosperity of the region. Collabforge is in the process of developing a wiki driven, intranet collaboration environment for IMAP, along with a public fronting site.
ProQuest
ProQuest provides digitised resources to libraries, research and educational institutions the world over. Collabforge has been retained to help in the development of a short to long term technology strategy as well as functionality recommendations for ProQuest's core web-based products.

Southern California Association of Government Plan
Collabforge worked closely with the Southern California Association of Government developing a comprehensive engagement strategy and delivering a scalable online platform for the collaborative development of the Association's bicycle and pedestrian plan. (Public consultation and site launch planned for November 2010)
VicHealth Online Space
With VicHealth, we developed workshop-driven user needs assessment program. This involved a prototype online collaborative environment for the sharing of ideas and resources both internally and with stakeholders. The outcome was an ongoing stakeholder collaboration program and appropriate enabling technologies.
Western Australian Ballet Association (WBA) Community Website
WAB are seeking to develop a web 2.0 community website to connect the distributed ballet community - students and teachers - in Western Australia. To begin this process Collabforge was engaged to design and undertake a feasibility study including online strategy research and development, workshop materials and coaching and a community survey. Collabforge delivered a final report containing our recommendations and a project brief for website development.
